some one who is seperated but not divorce from their spouse but live with another person can they sponser them

I think it really depends on how they want to sponser them. If they are coming on a tourist or a student visa then I would say yes. but if they want to come as a spouse or fiance, then no, you are married, you wouldnt be able to help them unless they married someone else and you were only the sponser financially.

You can only sponsor ONE person during your lifetime. Yes you can do it. You have to meet certain guidelines in order to be able to sponsor someone and marriage has little to do with it (unless you're sponsoring your SPOUSE). If you have a felony conviction you can't sponsor for ANY reason.
