It might be illegal to download copyrighted music, but what about uploading? Let's say I've bought an original copyrighted CD, and have uploaded a song to my website, without letting visitors to download it. Is it illegal to do so?

The "Legal Notice" of www.iwebmusic.com says that :

4. We do NOT allow downloading of our music. This is illegal and against the law. We do however allow you to link to our site and assume you have the proper permission to use said music and/or sound files.

5. Presently there is no law against you using music on your website as long as A: You do not allow downloading of said music. B: You do not claim it as your music. C: You give credit to the author of said music.

Are they true?

He is for mayor for my town.
He believes that gay marriage should be band, abortion is murder, belives in providing more for public schools, supports lowering class size, supports worker unions, does not believe in the death penalty, said that he would of not gone in Iraq, supports gun control and gun safety. Does not support illegal immigration ad believes in building a fence or wall along the boarder of Mexico. Believes in a medical system that would provide for lower income children.

I know most of these things are handled on the national level, but curious what you think about his stances.

I'm a plaintiff in a personal injury case. Why would this happen? I retrieved the information from the courts website. My case more than likely will go to binding arbitration.

...to this blatanty unconstitutional "law" permitting bush to define methods of interrogation for ANYONE THEY feel is a suspect or link to terrorists...which includes you and me...which includes the option to torture, lack of legal representation, lack of criminal charges for the interrogators? what the hell is happening here...where is the outcry?!!!!

First, Woodwards book says she met with Tenant and Black.

They say in July of 2001, they tried to wake her up. Tenant even called from his car to ask for the meeting.

The meeting, though kept secret from the 9/11 Commission, is documented.

A friend of my sons parents are going through a nasty divorce. The 14 year old child does not want to live with her father or visit him. The court is saying she has to. I have heard that if you are 14 you can make that decision yourself. Is that true?
