ABC Seafood is a family partnership which carries on business as a wholesaler in Sydney. On June 30th 2004, the NSW Fisher Agency issued a kind of licence to the partnership. In Dec. 2004, the Agency sent a notice of its intention to revoke the licences of the partnership on the grounds that the partnership had violated the conditions of licence contained in the NSW Fisheries Licensing Regulation 2004. In July 2005, the Agency received applications for buyer's and seller's licences from a company, ABC Pty Ltd. The address and telephone number of ABC Pty Ltd are identical to those of the partnership. The licence applications were signed by X, a partner in the partnership, as 'manager' of ABC Pty Ltd. The shareholder of ABC Pty Ltd are X and his wife,Y. The Agency refused to grant licences to ABC Pty Ltd on the basis that the application by ABC Pty Ltd was merely an application for a renewal of licence by ABC Seafood partnership. ABC Pty Ltd wants to appeal. Will the appeal succeed?

The Forest Service insisted that a group-use permit be signed. The Rainbow family gatherings contend that the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights give them the right to peaceably assemble on public land and that requiring a permit would violate that basic right by turning it into a privilege to be regulated.

Rainbow Gatherings are freeform gatherings of individuals who come together on public lands with an expressed desire to espouse the ideas of peace, love, harmony, freedom and community while trying to live free from ideals of mainstream popular culture, capitalism and mass media.

The 9th circuit court of appeals struck down the voter ID law because is "disinfranchises" some voters by putting an undue burden on them. What about me being disinfranchised when my vote is cancelled out with a fraudulent one?? We do know for a fact from the 2000 election in Florida that voter fraud is a very big problem.
I thought this election was supposed to be a slam dunk for Democrats. Why then do they need their liberal judge henchmen to come in to help them make up more votes?

I got a speed ticket for going over th speed limit. 90 in a 60. This is my first ticket. I don't know what to do. Should I pay them? However, I don't want it to be on my record. The insurance rate is high enough for me already. If they know is do you know how much they would raise my rate, and for how long? What is my option? What would be the best way to have it off my record and not so expensive? This happen in Dallas, last week.

A democratic U.S. congressman in the 80's did more than write dirty e-mails to pages. He actually had sex with a 17year old page, then he was re-elected twice after that. Yet now, for political gain only they act high and mighty and run the issue into the ground. Instead of politicizing it they should let the investigation play itself out.
