Shouldn't that be the issue we all focus on when it comes to Iraq? I feel things might progress a lot more smoothly if Congress, both sides of the aisle, would stop playing the blame game over what happened 5 years ago, and instead concentrated on the objectives at hand. Living in the past will not help move this country forward into the future.

Of course some folks running for office would have more cash then others due to personal wealth and campaign donations but that would be offset by public funds making the playing field level. I know that campain advertisements don't sway most of the intellects on here, but there are some dummies out there.....

If you are accused of a crime and get charged with $100,000 bail, why do you only have to pay $10,000? Why don't they just make the bail $10,000 and make you pay all of it?

instead of building a wall we need to dig a 750 mile 200 yard wide canal..take the dirt from the canal by truck to new orleans and fill in that bellow sea level pit to make the dykes obsolete..fill the canal and put all of the problem allegators from fla. into it,,use mexican labor as it is cheaper and they work longer hours..and buy the land all up on the mexican side for 50 miles below the canal because the land is cheap and we should just buy it all! what do you think?

I think that the media tries to make out illegal immigration as being some human rights struggle, and anyone who doesn't support is illegals is a racist bigot. Of course, us in the hot zone of the issue know this is far from the truth. It's refreshing to see an educated journalist and recipient of the Emmy Lifetime Achievement Award speaking up for the majority of this country. You?

I think it's true. Look at the most transparent countries in the world - the US, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, etc.

Of course there's a little terrorism in those countries, but certainly not as much as in countries like Pakistan, Iran, Sudan, Chad, etc.

Does it make sense to you?

As a democrat I would think to "Achieve and Leave "would have been the best policy , unless the Administration intends self distruct our forces.

my son went to jail for 2 days ,he has custody of his 2 kids the mother had the kids. she told the officer she needed clothes for the kids so the officer let her in my sons house and she took everthing of the kids plus the pictures off the wall,and things that aren't the kids.how can they do that
