my son went to jail for 2 days ,he has custody of his 2 kids the mother had the kids. she told the officer she needed clothes for the kids so the officer let her in my sons house and she took everthing of the kids plus the pictures off the wall,and things that aren't the kids.how can they do that

SUE SUE SUE!!!! TOTALLY ILLEGAL!! There are websites that tell you how to report cop pigs for misconduct and breaking the 4th amendment ...have the rotten hag arrested for burglary!!!! i know I went through it!!

In general they should not, but then of course they also did not have to let the mother have them but could have just sent them to foster care while he was in jail and he would have had to sue for custody back after he got out.
And how did the officer let her in, they lock the door behind them after they do the arrest and take him out??
Was she there when they arrested him, did he ask them to call her to come get the kids, and yes they would have had to let her get clothes for the kids.
If he asked for her to come over and get the kids, it was in this opinoini permission for her to come in and get the kids.
If she took things, he now sues her in court for what was taken.
