I HAVE to be on the pro side of letting them stay in the country...hope u can understand why i'm in a tuff spot!
MOST ppl don't want them here, but i need about 8 reasons why we should let them stay...

- Mexico is the number one economic partner of the USA so we must keep good relationships with Mexico . mistreating their citizen could damage the partnership .

- The cost of sending them back would be very high ,plus it wouldn't be easy since many of them would hide making harder to capture them .

-They make American companies competitive not only in the American market but in the international market(what is more important)
- They keep prices of americans products low because of cheap labor.
- They make jobs americans wont do.
- Americans need immigration. as well as european people. because of their low birth rates. in Europe there are less people that die and less the people that born, this is a big problem because if they dont receive immigrantes they would have a lot of old people that need to be mainteined for a small amount of youn people, that is the reason for them to admit immigrants, its the same for Australia, Canada, USA, etc.

Some people may have escaped torture for their political or religious beliefs. Some women come to escape from have their genital mutilated. If they are sent back they would be mutilated or killed.

They add to the cultural diversity of the U.S.
There are some industries in which there is a shortage of workers in this country, such as technical/scientific and they fill the jobs.
There are some rural communities in which their are shortages of medical doctors and immigrants fill the void.
The keep the cost of agricultural goods down due to their low wages.

Tell your teacher there are no good reasons to JUSTIFY Criminal activity and you will not attempt to Justify or defend it even as a class project. Simply explain it's CLEARLY a Violation of the Law to enter the US without proper documentation.

If your supposed to say how good they are for the country/economy or whatever, May I suggest your project is liberally biased, and a prime example of why todays education system and this country is heading down the shitter......That being said.........
They will be really good for the US economy when we send National guard troops and reservists to the Border, And institute mass deportation.Think of all the bus drivers that could be employed dropping them off in the Motherland! The buses will need fuel, and maintanence, So the service industry will thrive, and the jobs they leave behind...you know.the ones Americans won't do will be opened back up to the people that need them.

your teacher must be a big time liberal & going out of their way to brainwash you.
who said you have to be on the pro-side of this issue. remind that person that you are entitiled to your own beliefs and pressuring you to do this can have legal consequences. I wouldn't stand for this crap!
