Just require isp screening. Not eveyrone who has a computer, can live in a house- due to the realestate market. Houses are just too high priced, still.

Yes, but just to make everything fair, Should we pass a law that Getties (ghetto residents) should not be able to use cell phones. Or just require the cell phoene providers to screen for .............
