Is the Internet now an international legal body? which is too large to be goverened by the law of countries, has it become a country or state in its own right?

No, its just a tool thats useful for influencing people. We get too carried away with its importance; it helps a fraction of people on the planet to communicate & share their ideas but it also creates a split between those who are connected & those who cannot be.

No, the Internet is not a legal entity and each country has its own laws regarding the Internet.
