because election day soon approaches....and the republicans think all of a sudden if bin laden is "captured"....all else would be forgiven and the people will be stupid enough to not see behind the farce....and everyone will vote republican and we'll all live happily ever after! Bin laden being captured will not undo the horrible mistakes the bush administration has created.

Boy Oh Boy are you in the dark. Even further than Bin himself in hiding. No, Bin will not be captured this month nor any other month !!! As long as there is a Bush in office there will be no such capture. If you go to the question who has asked if he was in the Philippines you'll see the answer given to Maj who asks almost the same thing. Read the answer that Dorothy C left for her!! ?????????? There is history between the two families,
Bin & Bush, and on very good terms. Do your homework in history research!

I would love it if that rat bastard were caught. But the truth is, the fear of Bin Laden does more for the Bush Admin than catching him - which is why they have done little or nothing to get him (including disbanding special CIA units that were chasing him and not holding Pakistan accountable to their promise to help catch him).

Maybe if Clinton hadn't let Bin Laden go over 30 times, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Is anyone really looking for him? Dubya said:

I don't know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority.

Bush doesn't work that way.

He doesn't need to.

And if you go have a Texas bar-ba-que with him, be sure to ask for the pork ribs. I'm sure his are better than Osama's.

And to steal a quote from a much maligned man, "Some things are unknowable."

Why wouldn't you want Bin Laden captured? You sound like you'd like him to roam free.
