Middle East Conflicts didn't start whuith bush's war on terrorism, and neither in 1948, neither diring the Ottoman Empire, or The Roman Catholic Empire...

Am I wrong?
Did Conflicts really started in 1948 after 2nd World war?

I don't want to stereotype because I know that not ALL lawyers are bad.
However, I think the vast majority of lawyers are scum-sucking leeches and the bane of humanity and represent everything that's wrong with America.

Why do so many people want to be lawyers?

Been to an employment lawyer but he can do nothing as it is intercompany politics. He is terrifed to return to work as he is currently off sick from the stress.

You know....See them in Uniform and then yell "HEY" and give them the finger. Call them "baby Killers".....Tell them to "get away from you". How come people in their 50s and 60s are now treating the Iraqi veterans nice but these same people treated the Vietnam Vet like crap?

He was on CNN two days ago and stated on T.V. the war is wrong and he can no longer support the illegal war. He also said the USA military kills innocent men, women and children. ( Note: He's a combat veteran having spent one tour in Iraq. Do you have any respect for him? )

Some of pro-illegals seem to think that anyone who wants to come here should be able to without any restrictions. The only requirement is that they "want a better life". America apparently has an unlimited supply of resources that everyone in the world is entitled to.

the story :::If the people finally get fed up with all the leberials laws that really punish victums then the goverment will have a good excuse to impose martial law regardless what the constitution says ( tap your phone line etc::)the govermernt can just knock down the doors a come in blazing away all in the name of homeland security even if there is no real threat it can be used as an excuse and noone can do anything about it ::: is there any law agaisnt how far one can go in defending themselves can you go too far even if u are facing de

If I've got my history right the US military has not done so well in limited wars like Vietnam because they are limited. Meaning we can't go wherever we want to destroy the enemy which means the enemy has us by the balls. So if we can't do whatever we feel is necessary to win the war on terror (like we did in WWII) how will the US ever win?

Yes the US military has killed thousands of terrorists/insurgents in Iraq but they've indirectly killed thousands (collateral damage) as well. Beside the major Al Qaeda leaders in Iraq, we have no idea how many terrorists our troops have killded so how do we know if we're winning or losing?

My husband had a minor car accident with the company van, driving over one of these sealed underground pot holes ...it didn't hold and the tire fell right in damaging the van.

His employer is so upset about the repair cost (eventhough he is insured) that he's now accusing him wrongly of things like damaged orders, never delivered orders and want to hold him liable and threaten to take these amounts right out of his paycheck..

Is this legal? And who could I call to get information about that. This for Texas

suppose somebody owned an illegal gun and arrested. He gets a lawyer. Is it better for the lawyer now to know for sure that he owned the gun, when he is defending him in the court, or shall that guy tell the whole truth to his lawyer. won't it psychologically make the lawyer less efficient when he knows that the gun belonged to the guy and now he is defending a lie?

I'm trying to figure out what the actual charges would be according to statutes, which are determined by weight...

They were introduced as a Trojan virus in a boat called mayflower in 1962.
They were friendly at the beginning to be welcome. (they still celebrate every year by killing a turkey).
They started multiplying and once already here they brought more of them.
Soon they started infecting and killing the natives.
Then they took their land.
THEN THEY SPRED AND TOOK OVER THE NEIGHBORD (MEXICO).
Latter they imposed their culture and language.
NOW they delete all memory of those events and try to make every body believe they were always here.

Currently they are trying to build their own cocoon and keep everybody out.

Be very careful, when you invite and welcome an European to your home..
