Politics & Government - 6 October 2006

I thank and support our troops, celebrate them when they come home, weep at their loss and criticize the politicians for giving them orders. Why do a lot of people think those ideas are incompatible?

When? And do you think this will lead the world in the right or wrong direction?

In my opinion, it will be China in 20-30 years. I'm not sure what the outcome will be, but I tend to think it will be a positive one.

"yes. There are plenty of examples of the demonrats doing the same exact thing & they're still in office. They're always saying "keep your personal life personal" when it comes to the things they do. They're hipocrates."

so now all you righters.. give examples.. no false and slanderous BS answers but true examples.
Remember these people will still have to be in office post the "event"...

one of the cats was found wandering outside and it seems it has been stray for at least a few weeks if not months(a woman took her to a vet and now has kept her with my permission). Im worried about the other one still in the house, the woman is just out of hospital and i know she, for want of a better way to put it, has lost the plot. She doesnt even realise the other cat is missing and the woman who has taken in the other cat is worried sick about the sister cat and wants to go to the house with me tonight and remove it. As im technically still the registered owner, am i within my rights to do this for the welfare of the cat?

Every war in history has had at least one major battle that for the most part decided the outcome of the war. If the greatest military in world history (the US) can't kill maybe 25,000 insurgents/terrorists in Iraq because it can't get them into a major battle how will the war in Iraq ever be won?

There is this so-called cop that has spread my name in the dirt. I am a electrical contractor and and I have real estate property on the side and I am a law biding citizen. This all started about 7 yrs ago, but he has gone too far. He is using falsifying statements to I know of about 10 people that I have murdered or had people murdered before. I am sick of this punk's sh.it. He's told people to watch out for me, because I was dangerous. Who should I go to to have this SOB stopped? I live in a small town, so I really can't go to anyone local. Please help me put this punk out of a job.

I belive that they should be allowed to keep their veils on as its part of thier religious beliefs and they have the human right to choose who does or does not see their face. Thier belief is only thier husband has that right to view thier face and body. Why should they be made to do something that they feel is wrong. What do you think. They have enough problems to deal with being a women within the muslim community as it is.

This Film implies that Usama Bin Laden did not attack New York but we were attacked by our own goverment. it said that the 2nd plane to hit the Twin Towers fired a Missile just before impact. and also that a third plane didn't hit the Pentagon. if you look at footage of the Pentagon you will notice a hole. Just a Hole. where did the airplane wings hit? and it also showed how the Electric poles were bent away from the Pentagon. if a plane would have flown into the Building, wouldn't the impact have at least bent the poles Towards the building. instead they were blown away.I think Our Government and George Bush staged the Whole thing just to start a War! What do you think?

The right to keep their culture since we have a contract that states that.
The right to speak Spanish since we a contract that we should amend by.
The right to come here and work in peace, since we have a treaty that demands that.
The right to be respected since we have our mothers and fathers that teach us to respect other people.
The right to go for the American dream since is our country motto.
The right to exist and be loved since we have a bible that states that.
