These are the only "rights" illegal aliens have:
1) the right to be arrested for violation of United States federal laws,
and
2) the right to be deported with a criminal record for violation of United States federal laws.
All that stuff you wrote is nonsense, they are not rights, and illegal aliens have no other "rights" in this country, they are criminals who don't belong here and need to be deported.
If you are referring to the treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, then you need to actually READ it instead of making up a bunch of lies which have nothing at all to do with what is written in it.
The ONLY mexicans referred to in that treaty as far as anything about "culture", and it isnt "culture" anyway it is RELIGION (READ IT DUMMY), are the few hundred mexicanos who had migrated north into US native American indian lands and were living in the land which is now the USA ...AT THE TIME THE TREATY WAS SIGNED. It doesn't say ANYTHING about all mexicans forever, you IDIOT. READ THE TREATY!
The same goes for the spanish language thing, MORON, it applies specifially to ONLY the few hundred mexcanos who were living north of the Rio Grande AT THAT TIME, NOT FOREVER, and NOT ALL MEXICANS FOREVER. READ THE TREATY!
AT NO PLACE IN THE TREATY DOES IT EVER SAY MEXICANS CAN ENTER THE USA TO WORK, READ THE TREATY, SIMPLETON!
Respect others and they will respect you. Mexicans have no respect for the border, the U.S.A., the laws of the U.S.A or any citizen of the U.S.A. so why would anyone respect you.
Illegal aliens deserve NO RESPECT, they are criminals with no respect for our laws.
Make your "American Dream" happen in MEXICO, or immigrate legally, NOBODY HAS THE "RIGHT" TO ENTER THE USA ILLEGALLY. EVER!
Oh, and this land which is the United States was the land of the US native American indian tribes, NONE of which were ever Mexican...got that pancho? DON'T EVER FORGET IT.
Mexican indios are indigenous to the land SOUTH of the Rio Grande and Colorado rivers, NOT north of them. And hispanic mexicans are indigenous to EUROPE.
NO land which is USA land belongs now, in the past, or ever in the future to mexcio.

Those are some interesting rights you have come up with. They do have the right to be respected when they show respect for America and our laws. We have a treaty that demands that people who are here ILLEGALLY can work here in peace? I would like to see that. I think going for the American dream should include doing things the American way, which the illegal Mexicans don't want to do. The Bible does not say that existing and being loved is a right, and even if it did, not everyone follows the Bible. People have the right to exist, but you can't make anyone love them.

How can someone so obviously intelligent, promote something that most people could care less about. The treaty doesn't say anything about ILLEGALS,and you know that. The term wasn't even used back then. You are interpreting the words of the treaty to suit your own agenda. So can a person on the other side, interpret them to suit their agenda.A little like the bible, you can prove or disprove any thing you want by taking it out of context. As you well know.
The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo was signed by the United States and Mexico on February 2, 1848, ending the Mexican War and extending the boundaries of the United States by over 525,000 square miles. In addition to establishing the Rio Grande as the border between the two countries, the territory acquired by the U.S. included what will become the states of Texas, California, Nevada, Utah, most of New Mexico and Arizona, and parts of Colorado and Wyoming. In exchange Mexico received fifteen million dollars in compensation for the territory and the U.S. agreed to assume claims from private citizens of these areas against the Mexican government.

Which part of illegal do you not understand? Why should a Mexican who snuck across the border have more rights as an immigrant that a Chinese or Filipino who because of Geography cannot "hop the fence". Most immigrants follow the rules and wait ten to fifteen years to attain their right to enter our society. Why should the Mexican or Guatemalan who snuck across the border have more rights or even the same rights as them?
As far as giving their land back, study some history and see whose land it is. The indigenous tribes are of Asian descent. The Mexicans are a society created by Spanish and French Invasions of the Aztec lands. Just exactly like the English and French invasion of the US and Canada. So whose land is it anyway? The Navajos and the Aztecs are probably the rightful owners. However it is unlikely that they would want this mess. No amount of anything is going to get Mexico its Northern Territories back. Even if the Mexicans went to war, they would not get these areas back. It is as absurd as the Palestinians wanting to evict Israel. It just is not going to happen. Sorry that you lost, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Sure! Along with the right to come to the United States legally, or pack their bags and leave! LOL Nice try, sparky, next, revoke the Louisiana Purchase! ROTF
While we're at it with the 'creative legislation', I'd like to see a bill passed that directly charges the country of Mexico 150k/head for each and every illegal immigrant that's incurred any expenses with any of the 50 states. Can we get one of those? You write convicing arguments, go for it! And, while you're at it, see if you can work some sort of 'free oil as direct compensation' deal for us, too. 10 years' worth would just about cover all the foreign aid they've taken from us....thanks, buddy!

While your so worried about dealing our rights to Illegals how about dealing out a few others.
1: The right to Shoot and Killany illegal found on your property attempting to steal from you.
2: The right to Deport any and ALL Illegals that break the Law Which would mean ALL OF THEM since they did INFACT break the law by entering the US illegally.
3: And that contract you speak of only APPLIES to US citizens NOT ever Tom Dick and Harry that simply Walks in.

They have these rights. You missed part of some statements.
1. This is true. They also have the right to learn English so they can communicate
2. They can speak Spanish in their home. We live in America and we have the right to have our language and customs respected
3. Right again. However they must come here legally to get this.
4. They have this right. I have the right to get mad at them for breaking our laws in coming here.
5. Right again. However they must be legally here to do so. If that does not work they can have a revolution in the country they come from.
6. Right again. They can either do it legally here or legally in their own country of origin.
Your last statement makes you look foolish. Remember in human relations, thow who kills the other rules. We rule. End of that topic.

You are not considering that each nation has laws and law breakers are criminals. Would you be willing to give the same rights to the citizens of this country of USA who are law breakers. I dont think so so why should the illegal have these rights ................
The things/ rights that you state should only in place if the immigrants are LEGAL. They also should not be law breakers. It does not apply if they are IllEGALS.
If they are illegal then they only have 4 rights
the right to arrested
right to be held without a hearing
the right to be charged with the crime of illegal entry
and the most important............the right to be DEPORTED.

NO, the only right that they have to return to their own country and attempt to make it their dream place and not try to steel others. In the 1940's the Chinese were imprisoned here after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the blacks were enslaved and forced to come here and have been here for over 200 years and contributed to the forming and building of our country, we are not perfect and is still young compaired to other countries. So for someone to come and sneak their way in is not fair to the ones who suffered and endured and contributed to what they are trying to obtain, that's just plain wrong.

The right to keep their culture since we have a contract that states that. -YES THEY CAN -NO ONE IS DENYING THEM THAT.
The right to speak Spanish since we a contract that we should amend by.-ANYONE CAN SPEAK ANY LANGUAGE THEY WANT IN AMERICA. HOWEVER THEY NEED TO SPEAK AND READ ENGLISH AS WELL. WE NEED NOT BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO ACCOMODATE PEOPLE WHO CHOOSE TO COME HERE OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL. THEY KNOW THEY'RE COMING--LEARN TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH!
The right to come here and work in peace, since we have a treaty that demands that. --THEY CAN--DO IT LEGALLY AND THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS.
The right to be respected since we have our mothers and fathers that teach us to respect other people. IF THEY ABIDE BY THE LAW, THEY ARE RESPECTED.
The right to go for the American dream since is our country motto. - NO ONE IS DENYING LEGAL IMMIGRANTS THAT RIGHT.
The right to exist and be loved since we have a bible that states that. DITTO LAST ANSWER.
