Well I don't know why you'd want to shoot someone just because they refuse to bare arms.

What's wrong with a little modesty? I never wear anything sleeveless. I don't like my upper arms.

I'll wear shorts, though. So can I bare legs instead? Will you still shoot me?

So you’re a member of the Hitler Youth or is the right wing Junta of South America? In any case, it is a good argument for the repeal of the second amendment and justification of back ground searches. Who knows once we enact the death penalty for refusing to carry a weapon we’ll go after these who wear t-shirts or sneak a smoke behind the 7-11.

Er, we arnt allowed to bear arms as civilians in the UK except under certain situations and those usualy have to do with shooting birds of some type.

So the answer is a resounding NO.

No, that's why it's the right to bear arms, not a requirement. Same way that the government isn't allowed to compel you to join a religion.
