Sexual assault arrest made in Ontario
Man, 19, accused of lewd and lascivious acts with girl, 13
Jannise Johnson, Staff Writer

David Torres Fuentes

ONTARIO -- A 19-year-old man is in jail after being accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl several months ago in a park bathroom.
David Torres Fuentes, 19, of Ontario, was arrested at his home Friday, according to a statement from Ontario police Detective Diane Galindo.

A school resource officer and Ontario police officers arrested Fuentes at 4:15 p.m. Friday in front of his home, according to the statement.

He was arraigned in Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court on Wednesday on one count of lewd and lascivious acts with a child, Galindo said.

Fuentes is accused of coercing a 13-year-old acquaintance into his car May 22 about 7:10 a.m., according to the statement.

The girl was a student at De Anza Middle School.

She reported Fuentes drove her to Sam Alba Park in Ontario, where he forced her into the men's room. Police believe that he then attempted to rape the girl, but she fought him off, Galindo said.

She immediately went to police to report the incident, Galindo said.

During an interview with investigators, Fuentes admitted to having sexual intercourse with the victim, according to the statement. He denied kidnapping and raping the girl, according to the statement.

Galindo said Fuentes is an undocumented immigrant, which made it more difficult to track him down.

"Because of his undocumented status, he immediately moved from his residence and we had trouble tracking him," she said. "His actions showed consciousness of guilt."

If convicted, Fuentes will be deported after he serves his time, said Virginia Kice, spokeswoman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

In fact, ICE routinely screens foreign-born inmates in state and federal facilities to determine who is "deportable" upon release, Kice said.

"We have the opportunity not only to get these people off the streets but to get them out of the country as well," Kice said.

At my work, our parking lot is shared with a carpet company that always has big trucks coming in. Sometimes however, an oversized truck backs in and blocks all of our cars in the lot. Usually it is not a problem, and it never used to happen that much. Lately however they have blocked us in about 4 out of 5 days a week when it is time to leave work. I have gone over politely and asked if they can let us know when the trucks come in so we can move our cars, they say they won't. When I ask how long a truck is there for, they will not give me any kind of answer and are quite rude. Lately I have to run right after work to pick up my baby at daycare. I do not have the luxury of being able to wait for 30 minutes for the truck to move. They also will not pull out for 1 minute and let us pass like we've asked.
What are my options? Is there anything legally I can do? Are trucks allowed to just block off cars whenever they have to?
Keep in mind that the other company is uncooperative.

Officer Rodney Johnson
WASHINGTON – Charged with molesting a 12-year-old girl, Juan Leonardo Qunitero had been deported back to Mexico in 1999 as an illegal alien. Nevertheless, last week, he was back in the U.S., living comfortably in a city that prohibited police from asking anyone about their immigration status.

Rodney Johnson was a 12-year veteran on the Houston police force. Married with five children, he was big, kind-hearted and unafraid of working the toughest gang beats or late-night shifts.

On Thursday, Sept. 21, around 5:30 p.m., he pulled over a white Ford pickup driving 50 mph in a 30 mph zone in what should have been a routine traffic stop. The driver, Quintero, had neither a driver's license nor any other identification so, after a pat down, Johnson handcuffed him and placed him in the back of his patrol car. But Johnson missed the gun in Quintero's waistband. The prisoner pulled it out and fired four times at Johnson at close range.

When Johnson was laid to rest this week after his execution-style murder he joined a growing list of law enforcers gunned down by foreign criminals. Meanwhile, in Florida, a sheriff’s deputy was killed and another shot in the leg today after they pursued a motorist who ran away from a traffic stop.

Deputy Vernon Matthew “Matt” Williams and his K-9 unit were shot dead, officials said. Deputy Doug Speirs was shot in the leg but was expected to recover. Polk County sheriff’s deputies are searching for the suspect, described as a black man with a Jamaican accent with dreadlocks wearing a white or light colored shirt and dark pants.

The crowds where so blood thirsty they had to stop the public exicutions in favor of a safer form of exicution .We limited the number of people cause quite frankly law enforcement was scared of the wild crowds yelling and screaming for more ..
How barbaric and to think it is making a comeback .People love to harm others and watch or know they are suffering .
I am appaled at the people who can accept that torture is acceptable and we have set ourselfs back 500 years on the scales of evolution .
