My great grand mother passed away in 2004 and her husband got everything in a swetheart will, is my dad, which is her gradson entiled to anything legaly? He is the immediate family? if he is, what is the 1st step in getting what is his?

Some Republicans apparently think that everyone in government is completly trustable 100 percent and no one needs oversight...

all politicans and government workers are great right and no one have ever taken advatage of power right?

I mean... why were warrants ever put into place in the first place? it was a silly idea...

as long as you don't have anything to hide... why worry about what the government is doing... they couldn't be doing anything they shouldn't...

perhaps we should just remove all oversight... I mean all it really does is get in the way... all this supreme court and congress... do we really need it... government can't make a mistake, so I mean it's just a big waste of time...

it's always worked out great in history when oversight was removed.... and it never starts by peeling away just one or two measures...

what happened to the days when Repubicans thought that government shouldn't be trusted and should have to prove their points with facts?

ok first of all, for all of those who disagree with me.. where do u get ur facts? from ur government oh ya i forgot cause iraq was proven to have tonnes of WMD right? or from fox tv? americans are enclosed in a bubble of their own... and the government is signing your death warrant. I never said i like iran, their government is based on religeon and they call for destruction of israel. But why is that happening its because america is using double standards in Iraq, iran, palestine, syria, sudan, libya, lebanon and many other examples. This kind of treatment breeds terrorism. Islamic extremists take advantage of americas wrong doing and brain wash men to become martyrs. And lastly no i havent heard of israelis suicide bombers, but ive heard of israelis massacres of refugee camps oh i guess its validified cause america backs israel. Wake up people stop being so damn ignorant.

This is not rhetorical. Why do so many people use a question asking site to make general statements to support their political belief? Furthermore why does there seem to be such a conservative slant on this site when it tends to be opposite everywhere else on the internet. America is wondering why terrorism is growning in the middle east? its because america uses double standards to protect its own interest. or the interest of the poeple that run america. Terrorism is a byproduct of americas unfair use of its powers. The more america continues to treat Arab countries with double standards; the more dedicated terrorists will be. This must end.
