Okay g, no sh*t it's warrantless. As of right now the concern is wireless phone tapping, which is completely different. There are laws covering landlines, but none specifying wireless cell phones. Hence the name "wireless".

Liberals are more sneaky. They do some outrageous thing, get caught, and SAY it's the Republicans fault for spying on them. Blame us for your faults...it's typical.
They are so wrapped up fighting US that they cannot think like rational human beings anymore. They really do scare me...
The Government isn't spying on you libs...unless YOU are terrorists too...would not be surprised...

A government which doesn't violate my rights as stated in the Bill of Rights. I refuse to live my life falling victim to the lies the government tells us and live in fear. That is not what being American is all about.

THEY DIDN'T TELL US... we found out...
and the word is warrant less... not wireless that everyone is worried about... do you know what a warrant is?
and if you think it's all corrupt anyway... then I mean... what's the point?
EDIT: as far as tapping of whatever (wireless, internet, landlines)... tap away to your hearts content... as long as you have a warrant... that's my opinion

how about a government that will wiretap anyone they want, just so they obey the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and report it (secretly of course) within 72 hours.

trust is something thats earned, in the history of the US governement, they have still yet to earn my trust. They failed to keep a single treaty with American Indian people, so to me it demonstrates that their word is worthless, so why would I trust a habitual liar?

um, what about a govt that refuses to do it because its wrong and an invasion of privacy and they realize that we dont need them to hold our hand and wipe us and protect us from stubbing our toe?
