My husband just got out of prison a month ago and is doing 3 years of parole, he has changed PO's 3 times now the first one came and checked the house and gave us permisson to be together sinse I am a felon also allthough my felony is from 1995. His new PO last week pulled him out put him in a homeless shelter and put a NO CONTACT ORDER between us, Can she do this legally? What rights does he have or does our marrige have? Also he is Canadian and native american we want to go to canada how do we get the federal law to override the state?

MY LONG TERM LEASE STATES THAT WE ARE RENTING ALL AND WHOLE OF OUR ADDRESS. AS THE OUTBUILDINGS ARE ALL ATTACHED TO OUR HOUSE, ARE THEY INCLUDED WITH OUR LEASE. OUR LANDLORD NOW STATES THAT THEY ARE NOT, AND THAT SHE WANTS ONE OF THEM TO BE USED BY A LOCAL FARMER TO STORE HAY BALES (WHICH WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT, AS THIS IS NOT ONLY A FIRE RISK, BUT ALSO A HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK, DUE TO US BEING OVER RUN WITH RATS WHEN HE DOES THIS. WHAT ARE OUR RIGHTS AS TENANTS AND CAN THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT.

Economically backward societies have no stake in rapid change. They will see the occupying forces as enemies and agents of exploitation.
Increasing violence from Iraq will only continue to spread - and the Republicans who wanted this war are the catalysts who made it far, far worse.

Hi I was just wondering in a purely innocent hypothetical way, what info the DWP have access too? Well in truth! My friend who is moving to New York at Christmas wants to stay for a couple of months and do temping work tp clear some debts before he leaves. Because I am disabled my rent is paid by housing benefit. If he uses my address with the temping agency will this address pop-up on the NI database, and can they have carte blanche access to it??? eg am I screwed?!

Can somebody please explain to me the difference between a solicitor and a barrister? My son is on bail and is represented by a solicitor, however my friend has told me to hire a barrister instead as they have much more experience. Is this true? If so, is there much difference? I would appreciate all the help i can get.
