Which law?
Generally I think yes to obeying the law, most laws wouldn't be needed if people had self control and some self respect,
But there are laws that are antiquated, also there are some laws which I believe go against a persons freedoms of Life , Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness

Yes if you don't it can cost you lots of money in fines or time in jail. Either would be costly. Obey the law is easier. If you don't like a law work to change it.

No. The law may be unjust, immoral, or violative of basic human rights such as the segregation or Jim Crow laws of the South, the apartheid laws of South Africa, or many of the Taliban laws of Afghanistan. St. Thomas Aquinas, Ghandi and Martin Luther King Jr., for example, all thought such laws should be challenged and disobeyed if necessary.

Jeez... anybody ever heard of a little thing called CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE?

Personally -- if it's a victimless crime AND I don't stand much chance of getting caught, I don't see why not.
