Its there own fault. They should not be trying to come over here in the first place....once again...another equation. illegal=against the law.

He died in search of a better existance. Mexico is a rat hole. And Is governed by the same. I do not understand why there has'nt been an uprising by the people. and there certainly is a lot of them to perform the needed task of a coup. Instructions to the Mexicans on how to organize an the overthrow of there fors..t goverment. if you want a better life than create it where you came from 1) organize in secrecy 2) start eliminating the corrupt Law enforcement/Use baseball bats if you have to. 3) confiscate the fallen's firearms as the military will follow up. 4) set entrapments for those smaller convoy's/make improvised munitions-molitov cocktails 5) collect intel 6) as your organization makes one win after another volunteers will come out of the woodwork, find a safeplace to train. 7)Keep up the good fight/write pro democracy slogans everywhere 8) utilize diversionary tactic's 9) infiltrate local governments create anarchy 10) the attacks need to be a constant threat from all directions 11) become stronger when a loyal has fallen. Never show weakness 12) never use the same tactics within a jurisdiction twice as the enemy will be keen to learn them. 13) gain ground daily and hold it while keeping attacks from differing directions. I know this is going into the ether. But those who would be doing this will get more respect and admiration from the people north of your border. so now the posed question is which way would you rather die? crossing a desert leaving your country behind? or Die for the cause of freedom and democracy in your homeland.

First the wording "Illegals". If they are illegal then it must be their fault. The unfair part is that so many are trying to immigrate legally and suffer for the "illegals". It seems that all of us in the Americas were immigrants starting with the Native Americans coming across the North West into Alaska. Generally he who wins gets to write the history books.

Folks, folks, please
we all know it's our fault, everything is our fault. if an illegal gets hung up on the fence and dies from sunstroke, it's our fault for putting the fence in his way.
if an illegal cannot send some tax free money back to Mexico because the clerk at Western Union in Minnesota doesn't speak Spanish, it's our fault.
any problems that they may encounter while living here tax free with hand outs is our fault.
just read some of these answers and you will see what I mean.
and to the people who really do believe that we are at fault I say
HERE'S YOUR SIGN

Ummmm, let me think about this for a moment....
Theirs! There are risks to everything, they're very aware of it.. and besides, it's... ILLEGAL!
Maybe if they try to do this legally, things would go more smoothly. By the way, have the people pf Mexico ever applied for a visa, or any legal way to enter this country, and become US Citizens.. No offense, merely asking. I'm aware there is a list of regulations that need to be followed/complied with before anything gets done.. but come on.. do it right! We'll welcome you with open arms!
I'm fearful that in time, quite a few Americans will be armed, and no one wants that kind of welcome, do they...

A very high percentage of people either make it across ok, or they are sent back. The risk of dying is small. The people who died had back luck.
I'm assuming of course, that you're talking about people who die of thirst and exposure, and not about anyone who might be shot by a vigilante or minute man while trying to cross.
Did you know that entering the US illegally is a misdemeanor? I'm not saying it's ok to break the law, but knowing this can give some perspective.

LOL, It's their own fault.
That's like asking if a person grabs an electric fence and gets electrocuted whose fault is it? It's their own fault, they should not have grabbed the fence. Same here it is their own fault they should not have tried to enter the US Illegally anyway.

Is this one of those trick questions????
It's the illegal immigrants fault. What? You want to sue America, seems to me it would be their respective countries fault for not providing proper education regarding their neighbors immigration laws.
