No, they won't be happy. They'll say it was President Bush's fault. When something bad happens in my life and someone
else's, "I always say it's president Bush's fault." Thats how ridiculous the Democrats are.

They won't realize it because they'll create their own definition for what it really is just to suit their cause, point the finger at some one else, and will cry like babies when they can't speak out against the gov't. They won't have Michael Moore, Martin Sheen, the Dixie Chicks, and Cindy Sheehan around to spread their spew. They'll file lawsuit because they have to wear cheap sandals instead of Berkenstocks, have to drink tea instead of Starbucks, and because the gay men will be forced to wear burqas.

I think the Administration (not to be confused with Republicans) would be happy when they have usurped all civil rights of all Americans, Iraquis, and anybody else they can get their wiretaps on.

George W is already doing a fine job of eroding our freedoms daily. If given his choice this country would be a totalitarian religious state....that seems to be his and his puppet masters goal.

you seem to miss the point... the point is... do you trust your government to take actions without any oversight?
who knows what they are doing with no oversight.... but politicians would NEVER do anything immoral or wrong... right?
it's "how much do you trust the government to regulate its self?"
I don't trust it at all, regaurdless if it's democrat or republican in office... power corrupts...
things are about much more than just "you" and "how things affect you"...
