Even if he did or didn't, what's the point? I'm sure he didn't lie because he didn't turn purple or poke his finger at anyone.

He raised gas tax 4.3 cents per gallon tax. Did he lie or was he mis-informed?

Well I can't say for sure, who in the lay community can, but I feel sure he wasn't misinformed. He is vice-president after all.
