im just not buying the notion that having a gun will keep out intruders or make you safer at home. its far more likely that a kid will get a hold of it and shoot someone, or the it will go off accidentally, or the owner mistakes a friend or family member as an intruder....i wont even go into guns used for suicide........im open to be wrong on this, but i wish you a lotta luck finding anything to prove it.

It makes no sense, since by granting amnesty to illegals, they'd turn into LEGALS and so would start paying TAXES and doing things the right way - in short, they wouldn't be criminals-, wouldn't they??? hey i write about an article but not clear on the topic..can someone help.
does anyone know the VIETNAMESE GUY that went to vietnam and got arrested...(because viet ppl thought he was terrorist..blah)..well i have to write about how it violates any of our civil rights(our admendments)?.. DOES IT?. i think it violates our 5th admendment how he didnt get a right to a speedy trial..he just got arrested and put into prison..but the thing was HE WAS IN VIETNAM?.. not US (even though he is a us citizen.).. U.S defended him because he is a us citizen right??..please tell me more info if you know it violates any of our rights ..thank you.

I think they should stop showing this commercial.All the slaves are white which means they thought there would be a problem if they had any coloreds because that would be wrong. So why show any slaves at all? Slave-trading still goes on today on the black market in different parts of the world. I don't think they should show slaves in a candy commercial

I was thinking about this the other day and I think I thought a bit too much because I've only gone and confused myself.
This is basically what went on in my head:
Where does money come from? Isn't just made in like money producing factories or whatever? If the government is short on money then why doesn't it just make money and use it? but then money would have no value to it would it? so basically what is the point of money, when money is made where does it go to? Please someone help me I'm really lost !

the mexicans are threatening America, that if we put up a 700 mile wall on the border, then it will sever bilateral relations. you know what i say? so what? mexico needs us more than we need it. if all mexicans would go back to mexico, it would be a day of rejoicing for me. if they would respect our laws, not make it a policy to help illegals cross the border by giving them maps and water, and if they would even recognize our border as a border to a seperate country, we wouldnt need a wall.

For some reason, there are many people in this country who are pro-abortion. For an even stranger reason, most of those same people are also against the death penalty. Does this make any sense?

I am against abortion, I do not think it is right to kill a baby just because you decided to have an illigetimate child. Only in the case where the mother could die by having the baby should it even be considered. Even in a rape case, couldn't the mother simply have the child and give it up for adoption? There are hundreds of good families waiting to adopt kids.

As for the death penalty, I think anyone who commits a crime worse than stealing (murder, rape, child molestation) should endure horrible tortures (ever seen Braveheart?). I have heard too many stories about child molesters going to jail and getting out on parole after 10 years, then molesting another child.
This should NEVER happen!
