My landlord is a pain we moved out at her request with no eviction and we owe her 460 for July…she has a 600 deposit and still wants out rent. We also gave her a $250 non refundable fee for our dog. She wants the $ for any damages we lived there less than 3 months no damages there!

In some areas in our country judges are not to run on a political platform because they are supposed to be non-biased.Maybe if we did away with all political labeling people wold have to research their canidate of choice and possibly loosen the stranglhold on money and power the 2 parties have in Washington. Maybe more money and power would be returned to the states as the Constitution dictates.

It's so bad about what's going on in Lebanon. But how come in Sudan and Congo, so many more people are dying then in Lebanon and it was hardly ever talked about? Even about 10 years ago so many people died in Rwanda and no one even helped them.

Between 1978 and 2000, the Pro Israel PAC gave 1732 United States ’ Congressional Candidates $34,607,182. And in a related figure, since 1948 the US government has aided Israel in an amount between $82 billion and $94 billion. (Research on the Internet can substantiate these figures.) By now, most assuredly, that figure is much higher.
The former Queen Noor and present King Abdullah of Jordan, Mubarek of Egypt, and Mushariff of Pakistan, all intelligent and articulate Arabic moderates, have repeatedly warned the United States that it is the United States' blatant bias towards Israel in their conflicts with Palestine, and what has happened to the Palestinian territory and the Palestinian people, that are the main reasons for the Arabic-Islamic hatred and the main reason they liberally fund terrorism against the United States. Egyptian President Hosni Mubarek in April 2004 remarked that there is hatred against Americans like never before.

these are two different types of muslims-sadam is a sunni and was control of the bath party. shites were a majority of iraq and still are, we took down sadam and put shites in control of iraq. sunis are now outraged because they lost there political power and are now the insurgents you see on television every night. we have made the middle east a more dangerous place becasue now the shites control iraq, iran, and syria. sadam had control of iraq and put iran in check, sadam was a brutless dictator but with sadam out of power, iran has gotten more and more poweful in the middle east as well as syria. the war in iraq has endagered our security and i hope whoever is elected will clean up bush's mess, i know the democrats can do it. conservatives you are now educated.

America's immigration system is broken. Illegal immigration can no longer be tolerated, and we must find the answer soon. No country has extended itself to immigrants the way the U.S. has. In fact, most countries impose an immigration policy that is much stricter than our own, considering ALL illegal entry criminal.

Guess who has such a strict policy? MEXICO!

Here are a few facts about Mexico's immigration policies:
Unlawful entry into Mexico is a crime and automatically brings a fine of $600 to $9,000 and up to 2 years in jail;
Failure to immediately depart brings a fine of up to $9,000, and attempted re-entry after said deportation brings another fine of up to $9,000 and up to 10 years in jail; and Mexico imposes discriminatory conditions on legal immigrants, including where they may reside, & where & with whom they may be employed.
What could be more fair-minded than modeling America's new immigration policicy after that of the nation who send us the most immigrants.

In all of the current events going on right now, whether its war, or a skirmish, or terrorism, there seems to be a lot of fingerpointing and blame and labeling of bad guys. But who are the GOOD GUYS?

I came out with this test. Look at the two sides of any conflict and ask yourself what one side would do if the other side disarmed.
If the U.S. laid down it's guns and walked away from Iraq, what would happen? The insurgents would continue attacking. If the insurgents laid down their weapons, what would happen? The U.S. would pack up and ship out. (Obviously it's not quite that simple, but that's the gist).
If Hezbollah stopped fighting today, Isreal would have no reason to continue fighting. They would cease fire immediately.
If Isreal stopped fighting today, Hezbollah would over run their country, and kill everyone they wanted.

Just curious to see what other people thought.

billions in oil profits billions in defense profits and all it takes is 150,000 soldiers in Iraq for target practice for terroists.WE are making no progress on the ground and if you believe we are look at the footage your self .STREETS litered with burned out cars and debris every where .THE only work is at secured bases where schools and government offices are being built and some home to house the new government and local authorities .WE are turning Iraq into a police state like america .THE DIFERANCE is there the new police have to be taught not to shoot first but after they take a step in your direction .
IRAQ was a huge welfare state supported by oil , people where kept in cramped quarters 10-20 people all living together sharing what little the government gave them .IN peace we can not fix americas homeless problem so how do we intend on replacing the 250,000 or more homes destroyed during our 5 year battle.we have created lots of jobs at halliburton and others . i wonder why.

Do immigrant workers get treated the same way at jobs, and recieve enough respect or do GET TO MUCH respect? If i was a immigrant that went thru the government to live here and did it by the book, would i be treated the same way as a person with fake papers, or no papers(i.e. immigration documents) at all? Would my quality of life be any different, or does that rely soly on how much money i have? Any statistics or books that can back you up n explain better?
