You are barking up the wrong tree! How do you expect people who blatantly deny facts because they don't correspond to their agenda to admit that there are no WMD's? For people with common sense, that realization was made quite a long time ago. It's pretty pathetic that way back when Saddam was being cranky with the weapons inspectors that maybe he wasn't lying? When the inspectors wanted to search Saddam's Palaces for Saran Gas and other lethal chemical weapons he balked. The sad thing is that nobody asked why Saddam would store WMD's at his "homes?"
"Hey Saddam, where's your golf clubs?"
"In the basement, right next to the SCUD's filled with mustard gas."

DC - you are so misguided by your professors blind hate of the administration. This is another simplistic idea that is hard for intellectuals to understand.
There is a long standing and understood tenet of Arab mentality. It states "You keep your friends close and your Enemies closer". Saddam may have not like Syria but he liked Syria better than the USA. Therefore he would have moved WMD's to his enemy because he knows they will carry on the true fight against the USA. That's just one theory.
Check out the quotes in the following link. They are all DEMOCRATIC quotes from the Clinton administration validating Iraq's WMD's and the desire to develop more.
So who exactly is spreading lies?

Oh david c, here all this time I thought his name was Saddam, not sadam, but that is only from books that spell his name right.
Are you still worried about the WMD's david c? I thought this issue was settled, but obviously you are still obsessing about Fox News and what they report - for a news organization that you claim has no credibility, you sure spend a lot of time checking on them and worrying about what they report...
david c, david c, will you ever ask a question that is really a question, or are you afraid you have to keep plying Yahoo Answers with your propaganda?

possibly you need to remember that the #2 guy in the Air rigidity for Iraq also says that he at no time had something to do with any of the attrocities that Saddam had finished with the Iraq Air rigidity, so his reliability is extremely suspect to commence with. that is amazingly unlikely that this may were conceivable with the interference from Uday and Kussay, to assert the least. i can't say even if he's mendacity or telling the reality, even if, there are particular incentives for him to assert that the intelligence develop into splendid. For one element, yet another Iraq favourite had stated that Iraq had no guns of mass destruction, and through interrogation he develop into by twist of destiny smothered to lack of existence. This favourite claims that there have been WMD's that were smuggled in another united states of america, and under no circumstances merely is he nonetheless alive, he's loose and allowed to roam everywhere he likes and he has printed a e book it really is making him countless money. back, this isn't putting forward that the overall in question is truly mendacity, or that he's truly telling the reality, yet his historic past tale is amazingly suspect, and he seems to were released in accordance to his agreeing with a coverage statement. residing is larger than lack of life.

What were all of those trucks doing about 6 months before the US entered Iraq. We have satellite proof of the trucks moving materials from different areas, weapon warehouses, factories,
and were heading to the border of Syria and then headed into Lebanon.

For the same reasons he flew his planes into Iran during the Gulf War.
Syria and Iran were his friends once the shooting was about to commence. They Hate US too! Just like YOU!! You should understand the logic, the enemy of your enemy is your friend. This is the unspoken credo of the Liberal Mind

One would also wonder how Iraq is now the center of the war on terror, when Saddam was not allied with al-Qaeda nor Osama?
