You've been tolerating 'morons' for decades. But, they didn't elect themselves, did they? The world is waiting for the next one.
But don't feel bad, it's not only the US that elects 'morons'.

Simple ANSWER!

The people don't care about the government's actions. The people refuse to practice eternal vigilance on their government. Only if the governments actions affect them drastically, will they care.

the people that support the Bush Administration are the ones who don't know or don't care to know how it is destroying this country. They are ignorant on the issues and policies presented by the Administration, and yet they say Bush is doing a good job.

They are obviously making an uneducated opinion from no basis or analysis.

He fraudulently got into office for the first term. No reaI win there when you steal & disallow votes. After 911, I kinda compare it to a Stockholm Syndrome type incident.

He was the guy standing there when it all happened and America just got mind-****ed by the guy.

He is the wrong person for the job and under skilled for it.

I don't know why you all tolerate him. He should have been impeached on his first day in office since he never really won the election to begin with. Popular vote said that Al Gore won, even after recounts. How is it that the Shrub is still in his seat?

'cause more people voted for him than voted for Kerry.

...hang on...more people voted for Gore than voted for Bush and Bush still became President....

You're right. Lets send him to Iraq and tell him to stay there until he finds the WMD's. He created that mess, he can clear it up.

WE have to tolerate him because he was elected, I am not arguing with anything you've said. I'm just thankful everyday that we have term limits in this country.

I misread your question. Thought you said "Mormon" for president. I was about to chastise you for intolerance. But then I realized you were totally right :)
I don't know why we tolerate it, but I think it might be because "God is on his side". And people believe that.
Sigh
