My boss ALWAYS smokes in the office and it really makes me feel pretty ill. I don't have a problem with smokers, but I do have a problem with my office being filled with second hand smoke. Is it legal for him to do that?

By criminals I mean killers, rapists, and all the most dreaded people in the world.

Hatred only causes retribution. It's like a chain reaction. Where hatred fails....love scores. Love can be used to soften up criminals. I think we are not pampering our criminals enough. What's the point of having "human rights" when we're not going to use them properly? Love can actually decrease the crime rate. It's all about love.....

I really don't get it, and i'm getting sick and tired of it. And I am being affected by it, mainly in the healthcare department. I am 24, don't have insurance, can't get any, and can't work. Luckily my parents are helping to take care of me, but that can only go so far. My medicines, dr's appointments, and tests cost well over $1000! I can't qualify for ANY medical aid, because I live at home, and my parents make an ok living.... on paper at least. Now I could go out on my own, go on different forms of finicial aid, but I choose not to because I don't want to "use" the governemtn, yet its my only option.

Its really not fair that I should be $100k+ in debt, not qualify for ANY assistance. How is that fair? I've paid taxes, I haven't broken any laws, why should my governemtn have to cater to those, that won't cater to themselves. Why can't they fight there governemtn, and make there country a better place to live?

We were after terrorists for 9/11 attack, we endend up creating multitudes of terrorists in Iraq, where there were none before the invasion... Agreed there was Saddam but he was a dictator not a fundamentalist terrorist. Iraq is a weak state full of fundamentalist leaders who have their own terrorist armies and totally uncontrollable and dispersed.

Though Taliban has been dislodged, they are not completely out... in fact more dangerous now because they are dispersed and not responisble to anyone.

Though i am for elimination of terrorists, i think the strategy is boomaraning and hitting us in the face. Where ever there is instability and weak states it becomes a breeding ground for warlords and terrorists. This is what history tought us too yet we refuse to learn.

If you look a a regular U.S.history textbook, or any history textbook for that matter, from a highschool, and you do some research, you can pretty much tell that the textbook is half baked. Why is this? Is it so the U.S. can look good and generations can be patriotic, and they wont grow up rebeling against the country. Or is it that the history of the U.S. history is to gory for detail, Im not exactly sure, but either way, you tell me.
