Israel and Smart, Peaceful Arabs can. Countries like Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey and so forth.
If the Arab mentality reverts or continues back to Medieval times, there is no way.
Its a simple equation : Stop blowing up Innocent Jews and Arabs in Israel, and the state of Israel will not have to defend itself and engage in necessary wars.
How many times has Israel "attacked" Jordan, Egypt and Saudi Arabia in the past 20 years..........0 times, Why???
Because the Above mentioned countries don't give them a reason to attack!!!

They can if the whole world backs off. Syria and Iran should stop supporting the Hezbollah and Hamas and the U.S. and the Western Nations should stop supporting Israel. The Arab nations should accept the right of Israel to exist and Israel in turn should make peace with the Palestinians.

Considering the fact that Israel wants peace but the Arabs are unwilling to let the Jews have one country in the Middle East to call home, no.

No...I think it's clear now for everyone that Israel doesn't want peace...So as long as Israel it's in the Middle East there will never be peace...
