Take away all the cushy jobs with hefty salaries and you'll find a lot more folks saying yes. We do what we have to do.

SURE! Not only that, I've got some great ideas to reinvent and revitalize that whole 'job'. Welcome to the Digital Age. We can whip up some 'lettuce bots' and for that matter, how about a lettuce conveyor system? If Fed-Ex can build a system that tells your package from 2 million others, and gets it there the next day, then by golly Farmer Bob can set up moving trays that vegetables grow in that can cycle around for watering/checking/harvest.

because of the fact first of all, a salary isn't in line with what your very own costs are. that's no longer what a salary represents. A salary represents your hard artwork contribution to your organisation. with the intention to earn $x,000 in line with year, you may generate a minimum of y*$x,000 in line with year, the place y is a piece extra effective than a million. the quantity (y-a million)$x,000 is employer overhead costs. minimum salary has the inherent subject, of doing no longer something extra effective than reducing off the backside rungs of the financial ladder. All it does is make it unlawful to hire somebody at much less funds than an arbitrary fee. What if the guy is thoroughly keen to artwork at decrease than that arbitrary fee, and that's the superb way for them to locate a manner up the ladder? in case you have a family individuals prestige based minimum salary, then this could basically deliver approximately fewer jobs for individuals who've family individuals commitments. As an organisation, there could be no reason to hire a guy who's a father, in case you may hire a single guy for much less funds.

Yes.We do what we must sometimes in order to live. I have done laboring jobs that were so hard physically; and mentally, humbling. My children had what they needed because of this. I would wake up so tired I wanted to cry, and still continue. I am a better person for it. It caused me to really think of others and their situations. We 're all in the same ol' boat. Bail water or swim. This is the only boat we've got.
