If a person committed a crime towards me, is it possible to get a hold of their bank and phone records which may contain evidence that they paid someone to do something towards me? I would like that information so I can present it to a lawyer so we have an actual case to present. With out those records I don't have any thing to present to a lawyer.

I also told the police what had happen to me. Can they obtain the bank records of that person?

My husband has always wanted to join the marines. He wants to support his family (me and our 12 month old daughter). He wants to serve his country and feels that something is missing in his life and feels this would be a good experience. Our concerns are about money he is the breadwinner and I stay home with our daughter. I have found the pay scales on line and that alone wouldnt beable to support us. How does housing and bills and everything else work? I have read about different allowences (housing, clothing etc) We want to make sure this is something that can support us while making his dreams come true. Any advice or experiences would really be appreciated I am looking for the truth don't sugar coat it if it isnt a good idea or doesnt seem like it would be a good move for our family. please let me hear it. OK, to invade Iraq all it took was a few bad Intel reports of WMD's and a few incursions in the no-fly zone and a accusation of being involved with terrorists and off we went to Iraq.Now here we have North Korea.A nation we never stopped being at war with.Just a very long cease fire.A nation who has threatened us.A nation that we have a huge amount of Intel that proves they have a nuclear missile program that gives them the strongest WMD around and they don't deny it and now have test fired 7 of them in violation to international laws.They have made more threats against the US then any country has in ten years.They have stated any sanction against them will result in war-a clear threat.They have been known to sell WMD's to questionable nations at best.And they are the most likely nation to be the biggest threat to the western sea-board of the Continental US.What else does North Korea have to do?Is it because they don't have any oil that Bush stalls on action or what?

I have never voted along any party line. I vote for the person but something happens when they get into office. It seems to be more important to vote the party line or according to the polls and they can always say 'I've grown and have changed my opinion about what I felt a year or six months ago.

Why are so many average American so adament about their 'party' and feel they have to agree and defend their party on EVERY issue? Why do people vote on one issue only?
We have all got start to think for ourselves and look at both sides of issues with an open mind.

I've changed my mind on several issues but not because they convinced me but I've tried to reason things thru and came to different conclusions but nothing is set in stone.

For one day a group of american white familys mother father children grandparents will go to california and pick tomatos supervised by the farmer and they must produce the same yield as the mexican pickers.
Or work in a chicken processing plant or they can just swim the rio grand climb the border fence and walk for 3 days in the desert with there family and avoid gun happy vigilanties assuming your mexican.

What do we have to do now to win in Iraq?
