Both Bush and Clinton had terror attacks on their watch. If Bush can take the credit for not have another attack sense 9/11 then he must take the blame for 9/11 as well. You cant have you cake and eat it too.

Yes, because when we get hit by terrorists, it's always the President's fault. If I start a forest fire, it's an act of arson, and an act of terrorism. Somehow, according to your logic, the President is more responsible for my actions than I am.
If everyone keeps passing the buck like this and blaming the leader in the highest office everytime someone gets a cold, then we have no hope of ever getting intelligent leaders, only scapegoat we can blame for our negligence.

GW Bush: Highest deficit and national debt in our history. A war based on lies and propaganda. Claims to have god on his side (which is against the teachings of all Christian religion - we are on gods side, not vice versa). Totally evil person.
Clinton: Longest period of prosperity in US History. First time the deficit and national debt was reduced since 1960. Removed a dictator who killed 10X the number of people Saddam murdered (all that with a plan)
FDR: Got us through the great depression and WWII

Wow, I don't know but I think over all I would have to say FDR. I can't pin all the blame for 9/11 on Clinton (although he did have Bin Ladin handed to him and he refused to touch him)

your wrong both are the greatest. fdr got us out of a depression casued by a republican named herbert hoover, he also created the new deal were hundreds of programs were implemented for hard working americans. clinton gave us a surplus, low gas prices, good economy, peace, and he warned bush about bin laden but bush ignored him to play golf all day and take the most vacations of any american president. also he read a book called my pet goat for seven minutes after learning we were attacked.
and to turboweegie what history class did you take? fdr got us out of a depression and signed the banking act where all americans are entilted to their money that they have deposited by the federal government. so if a bank goes out of busineess like in a depression americans still get there hard earned money. it was a republican president named herbert hoover whose economic policy is errily similar to bushs who got us in a depression. i hope bushs policies also dont get us into another depression.

Clinton wasn't the worst. Mediocre at best, but still better than Carter.
FDR ruined this country.
