No, they started fighting back before North Korea fired the missiles.The Israelis have a right to defend themselves, they have been discouraged to do so for too long. This gave the Palestinians the thought they could bully Israel forever.

scut the crap - Israel should have wiped out those rotten Arabs years ago - but bleeding hearts like your lets the Arabs believe that they can get away with murder - and Israel won't retaliate- 11 months ago Israel threw out 10,000 legal and legitimate people from their homes thinking that would pacify the blood lust of the Arabs - wrong - every day the Arabs threw RPG's and Katusha's into Israel's populated cities after ten months of non stop barrage and the death of two soldier, kidnapping of one soldier and kidnapping of an 18 year old boy who was brutally shot in the head Israel finally had to protect itself.
About the weapons supplied by USA - Israel pays top price and then the USA makes conditions on how they are to be used - as oppose to the billions of dollars sent to the Arabs that are suppose to go for humanitarian needs to the Arabs and instead they wind up in the pockets of the leaders and then to buy more weapons.
the Stern gang were not terrorist - they did not target civilians only military objectives unlike the slimy Arabs that kill indiscriminately - no one boards a plane and thinks oh there is an Israeli he might blow up the plane we all know who the real terrorists are.

No!!! Israel is hitting the Palestinians because of what they did. Don't try and over examine things, cuz its really as simple as that. Hamas is a terrorist organization and Israel is not going to take their crap. Now that Hamas is a legitimate governing power, they can be attacked as a nation state. I only wish Al Queda would make that same mistake.

As soon as Israel pulled out of the West Bank the radical Palestinians (Members of Hamaas) were so happy that they celebrated by launching missiles into Israel, and have been doing so ever since. Now they cross over into Israel and kidnapped (and most likely killed) a soldier. It is pretty obvious to me who the aggressors are.

No. Israel is "hitting" Hamas because a Hamas-affiliated group has captured an Israeli soldier. The group wants Palestinian prisoners freed by Israel or they will kill the soldier, and typically Israel responds very severely to the attack on or death of one of its citizens.
