Lets face it, we went their to "make a stand against terrorism", we made our stand, we force fed them democracy...they even have a burger king their now, I have no clue why america and its allies are still their?? We cant force them to accept our views and as long as we are still on their territory, their will be suicide bombings and resistance just like if someone you dont like came onto your property and tried to change your way of living...I know I would do the same their doing...

just like the native american indians.....I strongly believe so. Think about this....it would get rid of corrupt lawyers, judges, and cops. Criminals would not exist since being persecuted by one's own communtiy would be even worse. We can even go as so far as to say that felony offenses would be punishable by death. Who would steal if theiir arms would be chopped off. or who would rape if they would get castrated. I personally find that all lawyers, cops, and judges are dishonest and greedy, and are all destroying humanity. I would rather let my daughter date a felon than letting her be friends with either a lawyer or a cop.

We live in a small town, and we have a small police force. The K-9 unit uses a dog at places like wal-Mart, Dollar General, or Hucks, to walk aroung the parking lot, sniffing the trunks of all cars. Is this legal? Doesn't the law require a warrant, or reasonable suspicion to search ALL cars? Isn't using a drug sniffing dog the same as a search?

Or, like when arriving on a scene of a disturbance, or any tther time while they are on duty?
I was thinking of how we have one cop here, he beat up my son just because a young woman said he tried to attack mher, even tho he was no where near her. But the cop pulled him from his friends car, and beat on him, while 2 other cops took his friend and arrested him. My son was not arrested, just beaten. He now has a court date in 2 weeks. I was trhinking of having a vid cam ready whenever I see this guy.

When a hispanic person walks down the street, why do many people assume that he is illegal?Even more so,why assume that all hispanics are mexicans?

In this day and time, people still have their biased opinions. Why think things about people you don't know?

In the days of slavery, a free black man could not walk down the street without automatically being accused of being a runaway slave.Have people changed so little ?I'm sure every legal hispanic out there has felt the same.

Actually i think that money is not everything. Because yes, money can buy the media space, but i dun think that with money can win in the election. Money only plays a role which to allow those rulling parties have the budget to run some political campaign like donation, charity to gain their reputation and gain confidence of public to them. Beside that, they want to make public feel like they are getting closer and credibility. But public have their own thinking who is more suitable to be their leader. And it make me think that even the rulling party buy media to do the promotion about them and having some campaign to getting closer with public but it doesnt mean that they will win in the election. And what to you think now?

I'm Prasad from Nepal currently residing in Dubai, UAE. I've been here for 2 years. I came here to escape from life-threatening attack by Maoist Rebels as they know (our group) the Royal Activists. Now the situation in Nepal is little bit stable but political racism and vaiolence not stopped. To to go back to my country (Nepal) is still life-threatening situation. I don't want to go back to my country. I've heard that New Zeland gives shelter to Refugees. But I don't know how it is possible? Could you suggest me the procedure?

Would you fight back or would you take the beating because the law is "Always right" and later try to testify in court on the cops who did this to you? Me, personally, I don't know at the moment so I can say I would or would not. However, if I think these cats are trying to beat me to death. Well...then it's on like popcorn! I'm going to die fighting if I have to! What do you think?

From my experience in county courts for petty traffic violations--all I see are honest people who are struggling to make ends meet and are being punished by over-zealous cops with fines that are rediculous. Going 5 miles over the speed limit is a $150 dollar fine plus motor vehicle and insurance surcharges (when its all said and done can udd up to $1,000 for going 5 miles over the speed limit.....some people have children who depend on them and aren't making enough to pay these fines. I think the fine should be proportional to the amount of the individual income. A rich person should pay $500 while a minimum wage worker should pay $50. Which is not any more different than how judges come up with setting bail for criminals.

My dog got out of my yard today and he got picked up by the animal shelter. He is not neutered. I had to pay a fee for him being at large. That is fine I understand. But they charged me a $20 fee for him not being neutered. In my county there is no law that requires me to have him neutered. Do you think this is fair?

It is, in fact, the most patriotic thing a person can do to question the President and any other elected official. And to that end, I would draw forth that it is also most patriotic to have an opinion regardless of positive or negative about said elected officals and to seek removal of any elected official that any voter would see as a person not doing the job of the consent of the governed.I would also draw forth this quote from our most sacred American document(in additional details):

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. The US has in the past worked on plans to invade N. Korea. To a military sucker punch. Uncle Sam has been spying on them. And if Reagan would have gotten his Star Wars space misstle defence do you think the Soviets and N. Koreans would not have been threatened? It seem a pattern of the US to want to do what it claims EVERYONE else, who is not a boot licking lack dog like the UK, want so to. When it comes to America it is talk of the "rule of law" on the soap box, but in the alley it is might makes right. The agrument that the test are for defence has teeth. And when you talk about a nation with a flake at the helm and a finger on the nukes. You really have to look no further then the Commander in Chump and his horde of vipers. It seems as if Uncle Sam seen the horror he has done to the innocent civilians of Japan with the A bomb, he is running scared someone will repay him the favor.

they have been kicking this case around for months without even coming close to getting a conviction. Saddam is pulling a fast one and he is stretching out this case for as long as he can. He is hoping that the US will pull out Iraq and he will then have a chance of regaining the presidency. We must not forget that we are dealing with one of the slipperyist people in the world. He must be convicted very soon and executed. Prolonging his trial is very dangerous.
