my friend is going through a custody battle that is getting uglier as the days go on. the father has filed for "temporary custody" but by his actions in court we fear that what he really wants is permanent sole custody. we feel that he is throwing out such dirty incriminating "evidence" which is all HEAR SAY so that the judge will rule the mother unfit therefore revoking all rights from her. today he said that she cuts herself and that he would like her pshyciatrically evaluated and that she does drugs.. i think she needs a lawyer can he use hear say in court? and when she got pregnant she was 17 and he was 19 now they are 21 and 23 can her father still file for statuatory rape against him?

like about this illegal issue, don't you think that if the illegal issue was such a problem it would of gotten resolved along time ago. illegals are still here, and the government doesn't care because they need these people to work for cheap labor.why don't you guys research your information for yourself without using the media. the media is rotting your brains and its making some be negative, closeminded, and hateful.

South Korea is a risk ... ? North Korea obviously is, I just wanted to see how many people here actually take the time to read the details of a question rather than just posting some worthless answer based on the little information provided in the subject line in a panicked attempt to be first. It’s pretty sad that no one really cares to give a useful answer, but rather they seem to have the fast food mentality, you know; shove it out as fast as you can with little regard for quality. It’s sort of a microcosm of today’s society where people don’t have enough time to be informed on the issues of the day, they just skim the hot words and make a decision. Unfortunately that’s why negative politics works in this country, everyone reads the headlines and no one reads the substance. If you answered either for or against war with our ally, I’ll bet you voted for Bush; just my own unscientific sociological experiment. If you actually read this, I bet you are a democrat.

The flag represents our freedoms, so how does burning it make a statement about free speech?

Hearings are ongoing and the Conference between House and Senate, if any, can't start until after the hearings. However, there was another procedural problem that kept the Senate from sending their bill to the House. Frist and Reid struck a deal to let the Bill progress, but it would have required all the Senators to agree at least not to fight it.

Senators Sessions and DeMint refuse to agree.

Sessions says he isn't sure that the "rewriting of the Bill" would be best done in conference. Frist and Reid's deal leaves them publicly holding up the show, and Frist and Reid are hoping public pressure will make them budge.

I hope not. I think the Senate Bill needs to be ripped into shreds and burned. If you think Senators Sessions and DeMint are doing a good job, will you let them know?

1. Do you regret every having mr. bush as president 2 times?
2. Do you hate where our country is right know? (crime, obeseity, etc.)
3. Do you believe in God?
4. if so why if not why.
5.Do you think our country is spoiled?
6. (for guys) Would you dodge draft if the us had one?

You don't have to anwser all of them if you don't want to. Thanks for expressing yourselves!

I continually see answers that say"they do the jobs Americans wont do"......

Let's see,I've worked as a Janitor,Housekeeping so Im no stranger to cleaning Toilets.....Ive worked for a sign company digging ditches in AZ,I've spent a few summers working on a farm.....

Thats just naming a few jobs at min. wage.

I tried getting into construction(really good pay there)But I wasn't skilled enough or I didn't KNOW the right person....

Since I'm an American and Caucasion, these must not be the types of jobs people are talking about.

So Please tell me which jobs Americans won't do........

I am very interested in finding out what they are........
