the amount of fecal mass in a liberal directly correlates to how much pure feces the conservatives force-feed to the liberal.
as far as the vertebrae, all politicians have them surgically removed when becoming politicians.

A liberal has the same number of vertabrae, however, they bend and sway and twist at a whim. They aren't nearly as stable. As for the body weight, since they are tree hugging granola eaters, it is really hard to tell.
