YES YOU CAN. There is a trial going on right now that is backed by FAIR. The 2nd circuit Supreme court is hearing it. It is based in the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and applies very well to businesses that use illegal labor over American labor. But, the clencher is you must prove the plight to hire illegals. Get other workers who have been slighted in favor of illegals to back you up. You must prove these people are illegal, you can't bring a lawsuit because someone hires alot of hispanics or Asians, even if they don't speak English well.

You can not sue an employer. Depending on what state you live in and if the state is right to work or not. You also need to remember that its cheaper labor. Employers like that.
The only thing you could do would be to write a letter (no phone calls to INS) to INS and just inform them that they as an employer are hiring illigal immigrants and you are concerned. That is all you have to do. The new law went through where if employers are caught then its a huge fine per immigrant working there.

Good question. I'm sure you could (if you can sue McDonald's for spilling coffee on yourself...)

If they knowingly hire illegals, they are subject to fines. I'm not sure what grounds you would sue them on, though.

yes. its illegal...unless the people you are talking about have a work pass, or green card.

you better check with that first. then call your local immigration office with you suspicions.

also...don't tell your employers about reporting them. if the INS catches them in the act of employing illegals red handed on an inspection...then you have nothing to worry about..they will take care of it. make the report anonymous.

If your competition has provided false documents, I believe its a felony, and the employer can be fined. Its employers like this who are detrimental to our society and should be punished. I don't believe you can sue though.

I don't know if you can sue but you can get the person deported. Contact ICE (Immigration Control Enforcement).

You have to prove it first, with witnesses, written testimonies, etc. You know the company will do anything and everything to cover its own a$$. You could have a good case if you can prove it,good luck !

Why do you care. Its just another person to do your work for a low pay. I'd love to have an army of illegals to work for me.

That would be hard to prove if you did. You're better off turning the traitor in to the INS.
