Still Plenty of Time Left

...to enlist and get over there Cons. Bush has until '09 to really screw up the world -- maybe longer if our worst suspicions about these fascist scums turn out to be true.

You too can get your name carved on a Washington memorial, to last for all time. That's the closest 99.99999% of you people would otherwise ever get to immortality.
Of course if you just get one or more limbs blown off, 80% of your body covered with 1st degree burns, or simply have to live on a kidney machine for the rest of your life due to DU exposure --- well, you don't get quite as much.

C'mon -- 150,000 die every year due to lung cancer, 55,000 due to auto accidents -- as right-wing radio constantly reminds you. Your death or disfigurement as a soldier would be insignificant compared to those statistics.
Do your patiotic duty and die for XOM, HAL, SO, and all the others. We'll we be thinking of you as we await the next game console launch from Microsoft or Sony.

Why do people form opinions base off of media reports and what a politician says, just because they think they are right or left wing.
In a country with so many different types of people, how can a bipatisan government address the need of the people when they are addressing their own parties agendas.

Yesterday (the 4th of July) I was driving down a major business road in my town. I noticed something rather...odd, to say the least. I saw two Mexican restaurants, ran and operated by Mexicans, that were closed all day while all of the American restaurants around them were open. Isn't it strange that the Mexicans are celebrating and giving their employees the 4th of July off while the Americans are making their employees work? Or is that the American way now...going after the allmighty dollar?

Since the term, War on Drugs, was coined in the Nixon administration, drugs are cheaper and easier to get than ever. Regulation would take the power away from dealers and place it in the hands of medical professionals.

Meaning worse punishments for higher BAC scores. Currently DWI laws have the same punishments for any BAC over the limit when its far more dangerous to drive at twice (or even 3 times) the legal limit. I also think if drunk and you kill someone it should be murder, not manslaughter.

SEOUL, South Korea - North Korea test-fired a seventh missile Wednesday, intensifying the furor that began when the reclusive regime defied international protests by launching a long-range missile and at least five shorter-range rockets earlier in the day.

An official at the South Korea Joint Chiefs of Staff confirmed that North Korea had tested a seventh missile that was either short- or medium-range. The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity citing agency rules, had no additional details. It was noted the USA military started to crap their pants due to the butt beating they received back in 1953 from Korea.
