A "state", like the U.S., Great Britian, or any country exists, regarless of who is in charge of it. A "government" is the body that runs the state, and who may be removed, whether by election or more violent means.

For example, the "state" of Iraq still exists, while the Saddam-led Bathist "government" no longer does.

By the way, you might want to check your spelling and syntax before posting... your questions was nearly indiscernable.

A State is the nation we live in, the Governemnt is only elected to lead..a short term government, ie 4 years, is much more Democratic then electing a government for 20 years
