Everyone doesn't. Please stop making ridiculous, impossible generalizations.

Everyone on this planet doesnt think that Serbian people are bad.

There are many people on the planet... myself included, who think that making decisions based upon race or country of origin is ridiculous.

How can I make a judgement about anyone I havent met, read about or even seen on TV??

A lot of these things depend upon perspectives. It seems that a lot of people are saying bad things about Americans probably because they dont agree that an action that kills civilians is a good action to take.

Again, we cant really hold people responsible for the acts of their politicians, or can we? Even in that context there would be some people who think America are doing a great job of making the world a safer place.

Its just like at school or at work. If you asked everyone what they thought about John, some would say they didnt like him, some would say he was the best guy around.

We don't. At least us educated people don't. We disagreed with the methods being used by the Serbian leader (Milosevic) regarding the disintegration of Yugoslavia and the subsequent population upheavals. But we also understand the other sides were not innocent, either. It could all have been handled better.

But, let us face the fact that the world is full of idiots wanting a simple villain they can blame, so they don't have to think too hard.

Ethnic cleansing—the use of force or intimidation to remove people of
a certain ethnic or religious group from an area—was the central fact of the wars of Yugoslavia's destruction. The practice has a method: terror. It has a smell: the fetid misery of refugees. It has an appearance: the ruins of ravaged homes. Its purpose is to ensure—through killing, destruction, threat, and humiliation—that no return is possible.

Yugoslavia, and its Bosnian heart, were bridges. But over four years of war, places of mingling became places of bleak ethnic homogeneity as more than 1.5 million people were shifted in the name of racist ideologies. The single most devastating burst of violence, between April and August 1992, saw Serbs driving more than 700,000 Muslims from an area covering 70 percent of Bosnia.

Need I go on?

I once read in a very obscure book about Vampires that the oldest vampire legends came from the area of Serbia, where there was believed to be a practice of corpse-eating.
