NOPE, and for good reason too. Why let another country hold the world hostage again? Isn't there enough terrorism in the world now?
My honest guess is that there isn't one country who wants to just work on world peace and for another country to have nuclear bombs is like opening all the doorways to the world and saying "fire one", "fire two" and so on and so on.
NOPE, they don't need to catch them if they can.

No.Because North Koreans are decent people that are being starved to death by a psycotic dictator.You should read about Kim-JongIl.This guy is the worlds most screwed up leader.North Korean people try daily to escape TOO China.When you are trying to get INTO China to have a better life....well...things just can't get any worse than that.

Cute question, but then when the radiation is floating over South Korea and Japan, and we can detect it in the USA, I think China might have something negative to say about it,and they will say it with their military.

They just launched 7 of them!!! Given enough time and money, they will eventually develop the technology for long range missile flights. Do you want that crazy *** dictator to hold us hostage with his threats? He's crazy enough to launch them just to see if he can do it. Our response would be to wipe out the country-is that fair to it's people? NO!!! The crazy folks need to be locked up, and fair decent leaders be chosen.
