I personally see McCarthy as a bit of a national hero. I think that it is right to do everything possible to hunt down any left - wingers and expel them from politics. Witch hunts are a neccessary indulgance and I would suggest maybe boiling the red bastards. Long live Castro.

You remember the old lady that burned herself with coffee she bought at mcdonalds. So she sued mcdonalds because the cup didn't say anything about containing hot liquids. She was the one that ordered coffee, she was like 60+years old too so he had at least 45 years knowledge that coffee=hot. Do you think it was right for her to sue mcdonalds?

use that intelligence and strong back-bone, LOL, to work and build their own country like our ancestors did? They KNEW how to work hard, plowing fields with mules, growing their own produce, raising chickens, pigs, a goat or cow, sewed their own clothes, canned foods, chopped wood! Without any HANDOUTS from anyone. (There were no laws on immigration then, so don't suggest they were illegal, they weren't, they were immigrants, irrelevant) They had REAL work ETHICS! Maybe illegal immigrants need to be TAUGHT to grow PRODUCE or cut up a chicken!! LOL

I can't remember word for word the story. A man driving down a road almost hit a little girl that ran into the street. The man stopped and got out of his car and went over to talk to the girl. He basically was telling her not to run into the street because she could get hit but he had put his hand on her shoulder, much like you would when you talk to your own kids about something. The parents called the cops on him because he had put his hand on the girls shoulder while he talked to her. He was arrested and was not convicted but was made to register as a sex offender. Do you think this outcome was the correct thing? What should the outcome have been?

I mean all other countries are allowed to come over here and the government doesn't make them pay taxes, they even give them stuff...but for Mexican's it's all this bull crap about coming here, when they are willing to come here and work their butts off, and pay their taxes if ne of them was allowed a visa. which they ain't unless they from some other country the usa thinks is worthy of coming here...mexico even tries to help up...I HATE THE USA

Coffee Bean taxes items that are consumed at their location, but doesn't tax items to go. Why do other establishments such as McDonalds, Jack -in-the-Box, etcetera not follow that process...i.e., are we customers paying taxes on to-go items that aren't being taxed to the corporations? If so, it is a huge rip-off to the states that aren't collecting revenue from the very corporations that are taxing us. If we are indeed paying taxes on items that aren't taxed, what can we do about it?
