It depends on what you do, not what agency you work for.

Each agency has a wide range of jobs. You could be a computer scientist setting up a computer system in an FBI computer center or a secretary in the human resources department at the DEA or a biologist at the CIA. Not everyone is a special agent or spy.

I think the CIA is more high-profile, but other than that, it just depends on what you like. The CIA is much broader, the DEA deals with drugs and alcohol, and the FBI covers everything from simple burglary to white collar crime. Personally, I would choose the FBI, because you can reveal your identity LOL! :)

It depends what you think "cool" is -

The FBI you would be doing things like spying on peace groups and infiltrating them to increase violent reactions of normally peaceful people, disrupting any domestic organization against the evil empire. The FBI had the task of destroying the Black Panthers, murdering thier leaders while they were asleep in bed.

The CIA is much broader, part of the whole economy and takeover of the world. The CIA arms guerrillas inside countries that we want to maintain control over their resources or fight proxy wars through. You might think it is "cool" to prop up the pre-Taliban people, people like Osama Bin Laden and his worshippers who flew planes into the buildings on September 11, 2001. If thats cool, then go for it.

The DEA is basically running the War on Drugs, PLAN COLUMBIA where they filter public (our tax dollars) through thier agency to sell helicopters and weapons to nations with the worst human rights records in the world (Columbia) thier efforts have increased the drug flow (simple economics of supply and demand, duh) and have alllowed the paramilitary forces (who deal more drugs then FARC) to engage in a civilian war against the native population, the indigenous people who grow crops other than coca, ALL to support the US narco-business. They know it will never stop, why not make a buck while the civil war is going on.

After all war is profit.

So now you can choose or you could join the Green Party.

Cool? Working for anyone of those dept's is a high risk job and deserves respect. Your lack of respect is disappointing.

Try to have more respect and not call them "cool" job titles. They are not "cool". These jobs are all made of pride, integrity and the pursuit of justice. It is not a fan club.......
