I have very little problems with immigration, or the immigrants of America. We have revised our immigration laws to make the process easier. Yes, it takes longer now but immigrants must learn our language, and our laws, and because there are so many millions entering the country every year we have to be able to protect ourselves through serious background checks.
Illegals whether they come from Mexico, the Arab nations, or Canada, of from somewhere else are criminals. They believe because they broke the laws, risked being captured they have earned the right to be in America. And, they have no right claiming to be immigrants. Our country takes in Millions of legal immigrants every year, and the mass majority are in far worse shape than the largest group of illegals in our country, the Mexicans. Why should someone who comes across the border illegally be able to call themselves an immigrant, when every day real immigrants are joining the millions of Americans in Poverty?

Some peoples reasoning for why we shouldn't have women in power or in the military is because of their period. Ok ladies answer me this, would you be metally, physically and emotionally stable to perform demanding duties as a leader or as a soldier during your period? Would you need special treatment or time to devote to your hygene during your period, if you are in combat? During combat would you need to move to a secluded area to do what you have to do, even though there is a high threat of danger?

I blew in the blow and go and was positive. But I've been going to AA(they don't know that yet), I have't done anything else wrong. I haven't missed court and i've had all negative UA's. Major condition's are usually failuer to appear and flight risk. I'm not either one of those. Do u think they (pretrial) may be easy on me this time?

I love this site for us to have a chance to share our ideas & maybe get into a bit of discussion & debate on a subject.

But some people want nothing but to bash the other side. Some people ask mean-spirited questions, disregard the thought-out answers & give the “best answer” to the ugliest reply.

Mean answer - Because Christians are blind cattle who follow and are controlled by fear.
Fair answer - Religious people are followers - they can't think for themselves.
The message is the same, just one is said with a mean, divisive spirit, the other was just expressing his opinion as respectfully as it could be.

An example of a mean-spirited question. WHY DO NEOCONS THINK THAT 'NEOCON' MEANS NEW CONSERVATIVE WHEN ANYONE WITH COMMON SENSE KNOWS lT MEANS STUPID?
Same principal, stated not as meanly. “WHO ELSE THINKS ‘NEOCONS' DON'T MAKE MUCH SENSE?”
1st Q only invites insults. 2nd Q invites open disscusion.

Have any plans to make mexico a livable place instead of making America similar to the wasteland they fled from? They should think about this, because America is going to eventually find the criminal tresspassers and once they have no employment opportunities and realize that Americans dont want them in America any longer unless they are legal and can prove it. They will have to go back to what they fled from, no matter how bad it is.

I helped an individual out of a car wreck. She was 9 years old and the car was in half after flipping over 7 times.....and yet the lawyer says he thinks she got a scar on her arm from being removed from the car (SHOULD I HAVE LEFT A SCREAMING CHILD INSIDE A SMOKING CAR???)

now im going to court as a whitness to the accident. I am petrified that they will take me to court later for what i thought was helping someone ....i was 19 at the time of the accident.

can i legally be held accountable for an injury that MAY have happened at any time durring the collision, rolling, spinning, slamming into walls, slamming into cars, and landing on the roof....or from me ripping of the door panels with no tools to remove a little kid who kept screaming "please help me".....

I work for Domino's, and my boss is a jerk. If someone doesn't go to work on payday, he refuses to give them their paycheck untill 3 days later. Well, I requested July 14th off about two months ago, he hasn't told me that I can't have my check, but I am still thinking about it. It's not like I am surprising them by calling in on the day, because they had about 3 months warning, is it legal for him to hold my check? I am going on vacation and I really need the money for gas, food, etc. so I am going to get my paycheck one way or another. Just please let me know if what he is doing is legal, especially since it is an internationally known franchise. Thanks.
