do you think the war is rediculous when we have ppl in the USA who needs the help bush is giving iraq??

bush needs to leave iraq alone. he killed the guy he was lookin for now he needs to bring the troops home to be with their families. it makes me so mad to think about all of the people starving here because we dont have the finances to feed them but we have it to start a war and make it last like 4 or 5 years.... idk i lost count at 1. but if you agree let me know because something really needs to be done.

We had Korea, Vietnam and now, Iraq. When will we ever learn?

In these interferences in the affairs of other nations we end up losing thousands of precious American lives with additional thousands of casualties. In addition, we pour billions of dollars of taxpayers monies down the drain in these unfortunate engagements. The egos of our nations presidents seem to be the driving force, that is making a name for themselves in history books.

What can they do if u have a default final judgement b/c of a repoed car? Can they garnish wages? anyone know?

I recieved a letter stating that there is a Default Final Judgement on me and I need to pay them..but I cant afford it right now. Can they take the vehicle I own? or garnish my wages? Can they do anything? Ultimately what does it mean? I got the car at a buy here pay here..and returned it back to them when I recieved a new car as a gift from my grandparents. They then sold the car for 800$ and told me I had to pay the balance..I've been struggling for a year making payments and I just had a baby so I really cant afford the payments right now..so I stopped paying it...and I got this letter....it scared me..am I in trouble?

Why was opium sold to the Chinese?

Why did the British allowed the sale of opium by its mechants to the Chinese during the 19th century even though opium is a drug and it's wrong? As that was a drug, surely they would know it was better not to sell it? Why didn't they sell opium to their own people also?
