No, Mexicans are not ashamed to be Mexican.
Mexcan's can be of any race,
I lived in Mexico for 8 years and see that there are many types of Mexicans a Mexican can be a Caucasian, Chinese, African,
MEXICAN IS A CITIZENSHIP NOT A RACE!
HAVE YOU BEEN TO MEXICO?,
And from looking at your previous questions it's looks like you are soooo interested in Mexico, why dont you take a history course or something?

You should never be ashamed of who or what you are. If you are a good person in your heart and try to do the best you can everyday and all your life without hurting anyone then you are a wonderful person. Color and nationality should have nothing to do with this. My daughter was kidnapped by a Mexican woman, missing for seven weeks, took to Nueva Laredo Mexico. By the grace of God she is OK, (Physically) However, I do not hate all Mexicans because this woman and her son are sick, sick people. Americans have many, many bad people too. Europeans have many, many bad people to. If only the WORLD could learn to LOVE one another no matter who you are or what you look like!!!!!!

no we shouldn't be ashamed of being mexicans because we come to the us for a better life and to work and i don't get why most americans want us to go back because without us they wouldn't be nothing and americans eat our food they should be thankful that we are here and if we go back our president of mexico will take everything that they import from mexico from usa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't believe this to be true. Perhaps 20 years ago there might have been case. Now at this time period I believe its not true at all. I notice many Mexican flags waving from cars and houses.

No, they just come to seek for a better life for themselves, for their families... is that something you would be ashamed of? I think it's something you should be proud of.
