I blew in the blow and go and was positive. But I've been going to AA(they don't know that yet), I have't done anything else wrong. I haven't missed court and i've had all negative UA's. Major condition's are usually failuer to appear and flight risk. I'm not either one of those. Do u think they (pretrial) may be easy on me this time?

pretrial will report on it. it is ultimately up to the judge what to do with you. you may want to start filling out self-report forms for the AA meetings you are going to and bring them into pretrial or at least to court as verification.

Not really, Since you already went to court once for this crime, you will most likely receive a stiffer punishment. You are considered a repeat offender. That is too bad. I really hope you get your problems solved.....

The bail bondsman (or woman) has the right to revoke your bond at any time, regardless of what you have done or haven't done. Once they post for you, you are in effect their "property" and they have the option to put you back in jail at their on descretion (sp?)
