Yes.
One day a guy walks in a bar and sees Bush and Blair sitting at a table. Quite puzzled he asks the bartender if the guys he saw were actually the two heads of state. When the bartender confirms their identity he goes on to the two.
- I'm sorry, are you the actual president of the US? the guy asks. It's such an honor, too bad you didn't announce your visit ... but what are you doing here.
- We're planning WW III, Bush bluntly states.
- Really? the guy asks puzzled. And what are you going to do?
- We're going to kill 140 million iraqi's and one big-breasted blonde.
The guy looks in disbelief.
- A big-breasted blonde?? Why a big breasted blonde?
Hearing this Bush turns to Blair.
- See, I told you people won't care about 140 million iraqis.

He would never have the time to keep it up, plus it would only have people making nasty comments on there, overloading his MySpace. Hackers would probably get in there and try to make something appear like a national emergency or something. Nah, there's no way Bush has a MySpace account.
