If you were in Mississippi, you would get Court Abstract, to show disposition of charge/charges.Not sure what a Certificate of deposition is in your term. A Deposition is a matter done prior to any trial by Attorneys to gain what knowledge you have in the case. This is generally done with your attorney present and a court reporter who records this info. This info will surely surface in the trial, if it goes to trail.

From the Court Clerks office get a certified copy of the original document. Its the document the judge dismissed the case on. The clerks office will copy it for you and put a seal with the clerks signature stating that it is a true certified copy of the court disposition.
