I'm curious as to what conservatives and liberals believe and and what they stem their beliefs from and how they see the country in the future.

Why America want to judge everyone in the world and don't let other countries to take Americans commit Justice
I mean why they believe to have right to judge Hussein and Miloshevich, but Italians, for example, couldn't panish those solgiers who killed Italien journalists

Some people talk about it like it is cowboys and indians here. Like it is a movie. "Root em out." "Take care of em over there rather than here." You have everything from violent night time raids that further anger the citizens and turn them into militia men to putting in puppet governments. It's serious business here. We could be poking at a hive of bees. What if a worst case scenario did occur? What if they really do have the capability to launch a nuclear or chemical offensive on U.S. soil right now? That could kill hundereds of thousands within a day. You can't prevent all attacks. Any reasonable politician or military strategist will tell you that. What if our tactics have actually made things much worse? Just because something hasn't occured by now doesn't necessarily mean that it can't or won't occur at all. And it doesn't mean that the current efforts have somehow stifled any future plans of the enemy. Was there a better way of going about this? Diplomatic relations? Sanctions?

Essentially AIDS can only be transmission through sexual activity. Of course there is the rare occurance of transfer through blood transfusion etc... However, I was curous on you guys thoughts of seperating people with AIDS from the rest of society. They would eventually parish over time and AIDS can't live outside of the body unless in a lab. (The instant cure).

i was an informal daycare provider for two young girls. The mother was starting to take advantage of me,by coming 45m-1hr earlier and dropping her kids off,not providing any food or milk etc...so i started setting bounderies.i asked her to start bringing millk and a dinner once a week and i typed up a contract that we both signed.one of the regulations in the contract was: To provide a two week notice if she was going to change daycares or if she didn't she would have to pay me $400 for lost income..well June 1st she called and said her children were ill and werent going to be over the next two days...seemed kinda fishy to me seeing i had them the entire day before and they were fine!so the next day i called to see how the girls were doing and left a message to call me back.no call back.the next day i see the girls walking and playing with some kids down the way.they were not sick.so i was going to give her my two week notice.but that night the police came and said that someone saw me..

They talk about how "manly they are,yet they're consistently found to be superstitous wimps underneath.
You say ONE WORD about a president that STILL will not disclose his reasons for invading Iraq, and you "hate America!"
How much common sense can they have when cry about "religious persucution!!!",when the religion industry is a
multi-million dollar industry, just like cigarettes and cosmetics, and obviously as toxic? And oh-yeah,they have tax exempt institutions, but it has nothing to do with great,of course.
What do you have to smoke to believe that freedom of religion and free speech applies ONLY to people who weild the cross as a sword?
How DID America ever become a nation half-filled with belligerenrt nationalists. It's getting embarassing to have to explain it to my Canadaina friends.

Before he went to Iraq last time, it seemed like all we did was a long goodbye. Not much fun, and I could tell he didn't want to think about it. So he gets to come home, and I'm trying to plan worthwhile things that he will enjoy and that won't seem like this is a goodbye trip. Any ideas?

I am sure that most of the current Iraqi's wish the US hadn't invaded. It now causes them to deal with sectarian violence, terrorism, and widespread death and destruction. I am sure that was also the case during the American Revolution, or the Civil War, and now history judges those wars to be beneficial and just. How do you think Iraqi history will judge this war in, say 30 years?

If the Iraq war was not to fight terrorism on a global scale, then give me a VALID logical reason of why we went to war.

VA DOT wants to get "easement" on my front yard for some sewer system work (planting some underground pipes, etc.) and they offered me some money. They are paying for 40% of the easeement area and are telling me that it's just an easement and I will always own it. IS THIS HOW IT IS? WILL THIS CHANGE MY DEED? WILL THE NEXT OWNER KNOW ABOUT IT? DOES THIS AFFECT ME WHEN SELLING MY HOUSE?

Some real legal advice is greatly appreciated.

When I was a youth, I have experimented with several drugs. I haven't done drugs in years and I'm interested in becoming a police officer. I was told that if you have used drugs in the past, you cannont become a police officer. Is that correct?
