This question reminds me of the "pavlov dog" experiment where the dog starts drooling when the master rings a bell. The poor dog can't think because he's been so conditioned to getting food when the bell rings.
In this case, the "bell" is neocon, and the dogs only know one response.

Everytime I've heard the word neocon used, it was being used by a screaming intollerant liberal with rabies and an anti american agenda. Between hits from his marijuana pipe the babbling continued about conspiracy, speculation and conjecture, ramblings about how HIS civil libertys were being infringed by neocons, then he smoked some more pot and forgot what he was talking about and watched spongebob on tv.
