I mean why they believe to have right to judge Hussein and Miloshevich, but Italians, for example, couldn't panish those solgiers who killed Italien journalists

There's a difference between the mass murder of tens millions of innocent people, and the accidental (and tragic) killing of two Italians running a checkpoint.

To a great extent it is based on International law. To a lesser degree, politics and power.

Americans are not judging Saddam Hussein. He is on trial by an Iraqi court, and judges.

Italians can't punish the soldiers because they have no jurisdiction over US troops.

Also, America attacked Iraq and Serbia based on UN resolutions.

You need to study a bit of international law and international politics to understand it fully.

Good luck!

LOL .. you honestly believe that there is any comparison between Hussein/Milosevic and the soldiers that accidentally killed the reporters?

I suppose you have answered your own question .. we get to judge you because you are obviously very stupid.

if those journalists had not tried to run the checkpoint they would be alive today.

and by your reasoning, China should be able to try you for sedition if you are an american citizen in England who happens to say that Tibet should be free.
